Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Support Head of Operational & IT Risk Management Department in managing the Bank’s IT risk management, such as preparing and updating bank-wide IT risk management policy, preparing IT risk reports, and conduct IT incident management for ensuring adequacy of risk control and risk mitigating measures;
- Evaluate and enhance effectiveness of IT risk management process. Review risk assessment results of new products / services / outsourcing activities or other initiatives and analyze the operational & IT risk;
- Participate in projects with IT Division, related departments, branches and subsidiaries that are related to IT risk management matter;
- Maintain effective communication and coordination within the Group on risk management matter; and
- Perform other ad hoc projects or assignments.
Requirements:
- University Degree holder in Information Technology, Risk Management or related disciplines;
- CISA, CISSP, ECF on Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage;
- At least 7 years’ relevant experience in IT audit or risk management from banks;
- Solid knowledge on business / IT operation of Bank;
- Thorough understanding and practical knowledge on IT risk and control, and related regulatory requirement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Good analytical mind, self-motivated, open-minded, enthusiastic, cooperative, able to work independently under pressure;
- Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and
- Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
