Responsibilities:

• Lead the Technology Risk Management team to ensure adequate and effective controls are in place
• Develop and manage security governance framework and risk portfolio
• Establish and review policies, guidelines, procedures in information security area
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide information security consulting and advisory services
• Research and evaluate latest security threats and technology solutions
• Review IT initiatives on technology risk perspective and establish and implement remediation security controls
• Conduct or manage information security assessments include vulnerability scanning independent penetration test on corporate infrastructure

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree graduates in Computing related disciplines
• 15+ years’ bank working experience and practical knowledge on implementing information security frameworks or standards with 5+ years in managerial role
• Holder of relevant qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CEH, GSEC will definitely be an advantage
• Strong knowledge in key/PIN management, HSM, Internet vulnerability, firewall, IDS and application security of finance/banking systems.
• Self-motivated, reliable and committed with abilities and desire to deliver and seek continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager - Technology Risk Management
