Duties include:

• Assist the guest service team and provide attentive and accommodating customer service
• Work closely with operations and counter support to ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled
• Deliver quality assurance assessments to ensure excellent customer services

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above level
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English
• Self-initiative, presentable and enthusiastic
• Able to work under pressure
