解答顧客一般網上查詢
管理Social Media專頁訊息及留言
為顧客安排預約服務
處理投訴
一般文書處理
與顧客及商戶建立良好關係
跟進客戶需求及提供貼心售後服務
每星期工作五天需輪班公作每天工作時間: 9 小時（包括 1小時午飯時間）

職位要求

中五或以上程度，具一年或以上客戶服務經驗及即時上班者優先
具備美容服務經驗優先
具備良好中英文打字能力
懂MS WORD 及EXCEL
具基本電腦操作知識
以客為先，良好的溝通和人際交往能力
待人有禮、熱情主動、對客戶服務有熱誠
薪酬： $13,000.00至$16,000.00（每月）+ 每月業績獎金
