- Deliver professional, informative and well-mannered hospitality service to our staff at front house office reception
- Assist to handle complaints, enquiries and service issues in professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist on facilities management in the office
- Organize and manage staff events from planning to execution including materials preparation, event operations, photo and video shooting as appropriate
- Deliver basic safety check in the office such as access control, regular patrol and incident handling
- Handle ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above preferably in Hospitality, Tourism or Business-related disciplines
- 1 year relevant experience in Guest Service related duties is preferred
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cheerful and pleasant character with customer-oriented mindset
- Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua
- Familiar with MS Office
- Holder of First Aid Certification will be advantage
