Job Responsibilities:

• Manage key customers on a day to day basis to resolve any business-related issues that may arise.
• Responsible to deliver and develop the company's sales and profit targets.
• Work closely with key account buyers, supply chains and internal parties for sales order processing, inquiries and coordination
• Budget & demand-forecast management
• Coordinating the material necessary on the future plans for the business and the risks foreseen.
• Conduct business planning and analysis of categories’ trends, competitors, and customer profiles are also necessary.
• Sales analysis with market intelligence to develop right sales strategies for pricing, distribution, product range and promotion
• Assist in new channel development to expand the market share

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Business Studies, Marketing or related disciplines
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Minimum of one year's experience with knowledge of key account management/key channels structure
• Candidate with e-commerce background is preferred
• Result oriented, data sensitive and strong analytical skills
• Strong analytical, Communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Asst. Key Account Manager.
