Responsibilities: 

1. Provide administrative support and handle the daily operation of designated clinics

2. Effective communications between office internal teams and beauty centres for coordination of operational activities

3. Resolve operation issue, communicate with various parties for enquiries and work request, such as training arrangement, maintenance arrangement, medication ordering arrangement

4. Coordinate with third parties such as vendor, service provider and government for contract/program/license implemented in medical clinic

5. Assist complaints case and regular follow-up 

6. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above in any discipline

2. Experience gained in medical beauty industry / beauty centres is preferable

3. 1 years or above administrative experience, operations experience in monitoring clinics / centers an advantage

4. Knowledge in medical or healthcare industry a definite advantage

5. Ability to multi-task in an organized manner in a fast-paced working environment

6. Operational and process-oriented mindset

7. Strong attention to detail, time management and good communication skills

8. Ability to work effectively in both independent and cross-functional team environment

9. Good in written and verbal English, Mandarin and Chinese communication skills

10. Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Salary: $14,000-$18,000 depends on experience
