工作地點：佐敦／觀塘／元朗／沙田 （按業務需要，到不同地區診所工作）

工作時間：星期一至五 9AM-7PM 星期六 9AM-4PM
每星期工作5-5.5天

職責：

• 負責日常醫務中心營運
• 處理病人查詢
• 協助醫生診症
• 保持醫務中心清潔衛生及儀器維護
• 一般文書處理工作，如協助醫生處理醫療報告、保險索償等
• 預約手術室，處理病人入院、出院安排

職位要求：

• 具醫務中心／顧客服務工作經驗者優先考慮
• 中五/DSE畢業或持有同等學歷
• 成熟獨立，可團隊合作、樂於學習及主動積極
• 具良好溝通能力及親和力，良好待客態度，以客為本
• 懂電腦操作及中英文輸入法，具操作醫務中心系統經驗為佳
• 流利英語、廣東話及普通話對答

Working hour: Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 4pm, on shift

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily operation
• Handle patient enquiries
• Assist doctors during consultation and examinations
• Undertake cleaning, disinfection and maintenance
• General clerical support
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

 Job Requirements

• Experience in medical or customer services industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, experience in clinic system is a plus
• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• Mature, independent, self-motivated, and good team player
• Willing to learn and hard working
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer-serving manner and client-oriented
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
