Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is a professional who is directly responsible for care and training of the patient prior, during and after the endoscopy procedures. The nurse will assist the physician as necessary during the procedure and will continue this develop with the endoscopy assistants. The nurse will need to supervise the daily operation of the endoscopy centres.

  Job Skills and Requirements:

• Oversee the operation of multiple endoscopy centres
• Supervise the Clinic Managers to ensure all endoscopy centres comply with Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance
• Provide training to endoscopy assistants
• Manage operational guideline and Day Procedure Centre Licence
• Visual and audio acuity needed for job performance
• Must be neat, clean and particular about appearance
• Patient and tactful, with good interpersonal skills
• Be proactive with problem-solving skills

 Education and Licensure: 

• Functions as Nurse Manager based on experience and Grade Level
•  A Certificate of Registration (Part I) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• 5+ years working experience in endoscopy unit preferred
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Prefer additional experience in medical/surgical nursing
