Responsibilities 職責：

• Develop, implement and deliver technical knowledge and practical training programs and learning materials for all target participants (為所有參與同事制定、實施和提供技術知識和實踐培訓計劃及材料)
• Monitor overall quality of field service coaching delivery at shop level to ensure therapists' service, techniques and business focus are consistent (監控及輔導現場的服務質量，以確保治療師 / 養生師的服務、技術和目標一致)
• Assist and support the therapists to work smoothly (協助和支持治療師 / 養生師順利工作)
• Handing client inquiries and complaints about treatment knowledge and technology (處理客戶對療程知識和技術的諮詢和投訴)
• Assist in ad hoc project/tasks as and required (有需要協助臨時項目/任務)

Requirements 要求：

• Minimum 5 years' training experience or above, with 2 years' experience in managerial level (beauty industry is must) 5年以上培訓經驗，包含2年管理經驗 (必須熟悉美容行業)
• Qualified from international beauty & training certificates (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or CITY & GUILDS) (獲得國際美容和培訓證書)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (優秀的人際關系、溝通和表達能力)
• In-depth knowledge of the beauty equipment and trends (深入了解美容儀器和趨勢)
• Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Applications and Chinese Word Processing (良好電腦技能，包括微軟應用程序和中文輸入)
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English (良好的粵語及英語文書及語言能力)
• Immediate available is highly preferred (能立即上任優先考慮)
