Job Requirements
- Reporting to the project in-charge
- Handle inbound calls for enquiries
- Liaise with different department to follow up customer’s request
- Day shift or night shift (4 to 12 hours per day)
Job Requirements
- Welcome fresh graduates and overseas graduates
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, to be able to speak and write in other language(s) will be an advantage
- A motivated attitude towards learning and customer service
- With working experience in call center is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
