• Diploma/High Diploma/Degree in Building Studies or related disciplines
• Responsible for coordination works on site
• Manage, control and monitor daily project works
• Able to liaise and co-ordinate with all parties

• Responsible for the project coordination for Architectural Builder’s Works and Finishes (ABWF) Works, including works inspection, material submission, technical drawings and schedule, etc.  
• Responsible for coordination work on-site, material delivery arrangement, reporting preparation and submission.
• Assist Site Agents in coordinating project matters, scheduling and reporting problems
• Manage, control and monitor daily project work, instructions and progress
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare progress reports for the project team and the client’s record

• Diploma/High Diploma/Degree in Building Studies or related disciplines
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent PC skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
• Reliable, self-motivated, hard-working and able to work under pressure
