Duties:

Handle project administration work:

-        Monitor and handle project schedule &  materials procurement

-        Handle the sample submission

-        Tidy up project records and administration folders

-        Provide support to project operation to ensure the smooth running of the business

Requirements:

-        Diploma graduates or above in any discipline

-        At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in project administration/project secretary,   with related experience in construction industry

-        Proficient in MS Word & Excel

-        Willing to learn, responsible, self-motivated and hardworking

-        Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

-        Fresh graduates are welcome
