Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Building Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent with membership of a recognized professional institute.
• At least 5 years to 3 years post graduation experience of project management and construction supervision in building renovation works, A&A works with basic knowledge in building regulations.
• Proficient in metal works is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and under pressure.
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Reasonable knowledge of PC skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Experience in dealing with factory in an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer 

Responsibilities 

• Assist Project Manager in overall planning, control, monitoring of site progress, budget and quality of works to ensure completion on time, make profit and fulfillment of contract requirements.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare construction programme and monitor closely.
• Organize documentation in systematic and professional manner.
• Handle contractual and technical matters timely and effectively.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements.
