Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To manage and monitor the implementation of joint venture development projects, including contract management and cost monitoring as may be required
- To manage and monitor major construction works such as in-house development projects, fitting out works, alteration and retrofitting works, demolition works and repair works, including procurement of consultancy services and construction contracts and monitor the whole design and construction process with respect to time, cost and quality for the projects
- To manage and monitor the implementation of revitalization projects including preparation of design, procurement of consultancy services and construction contracts, and construction process for the projects
- To provide project management services for transitional housing projects nominated by the government
Requirements:
- Degree holder in relevant building / construction discipline or equivalent
- Relevant professional qualifications (HKIE / HKIS / CIOB) or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience with at least 4 years’ post qualification experience in the building construction field
