• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Studies / Architectural Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or construction related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' or above of relevant experience in building construction projects (Ref: SPC).
• Able to liaise and co-ordinate with the employers, consultants and sub-contractors for developing construction details, monitoring site progress and conducting site co-ordination works.
• Candidate with less experience and / or qualification may apply for Project Co-ordinator (Ref: PC).  
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for Assistant Project Co-ordinator. (Ref:APC)
