Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and clerical duties including updating database, preparing business correspondences, etc
• Provide general administrative supports to department
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments
• Handle ad hoc project as directed by manager

 Requirements:

• F.5 / HKDSE or above
• Minimum 2 year office administration and clerical experience
• Experience in construction industry would be an advantage
• Proactive and good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel application and Chinese & English word processing
