Job Description
- Supervise daily work progress and to attend tender queries on technical matters
- Preparation of tender programme for submission, project tender works, site layout plans and construction sequence drawings
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors for coordination of project planning, claims preparation works
- Degree in Building/Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry
- Familiar with Primavera 6, MS Project
- Preferable experience on civil/building projects with a contractor
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates without Chinese proficiency will also be considered
- Must be a valid holder of HKID
