•  Plan, execute and manage building maintenance work, repair, renovation, fitting-out  and A&A projects from inception to completion
• Conduct condition survey, site inspection and monitoring works progress
• Preparation of flexibility reports and arrange for all statutory submissions etc
• Carry out feasibility studies on improvement & upgrading of building and facilities in design, contract administration and project management
• Attend site meetings and government inspections

• Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related industry
• Well versed in working details, CAD and contract administration of building developments
• A holder of a Chartered Membership professional status (HKIS) is mandatory
• Fluent both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
• 5 days work in established consultancy firms; attractive package with discretionary bonus
