Responsibilities :

• Assist Technical Director in preparation of new build project document and method statement etc., in-house coordination between department and site
• Coordinate and Laisse between consultant and subcontractors and external parties in builder and E&M works on local properties’ development
• Conduct regular site inspection to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in site survey and on-site engineering measurements
• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of works
• Keep proper records of all documents including certificates, records, reports etc.

• Diploma or above in Building Studies or Construction or equivalent

• Min 3 years solid experience

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

• Good communication skills, mature, hardworking, and willing to learn

• Self-confident, energetic and a good team player

• Willing to accept challenges and work under pressure

• Knowledge in use of computer, CAD and Microsoft Office

• Qualification as TCP T1 and/or T3 will be an advantage

• Knowledge on building services will be an advantage
