Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide safety and quality services to the corporate, employees and property management services
- Monitor corporate safety and quality performance, and assist property management to make prompt rectifications and improvement plans for management review
- Implement Health, Safety, Environment & Quality program, and Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health ISO certification according to the business needs and ensure its full compliance with the latest legislations
- Provide professional advices to the management for decision making regarding safety issues
- Attend urgent site meetings or conduct site inspection or visits and handle safety issues at the work sites outside normal working hours if required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A recognized university degree / Higher Diploma in safety or relevant engineering disciplines or equivalent
- At least 10 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in property management industry
- Registered as a Safety Officer under Labour Department
- Familiar with ISO14001 Environmental management system and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety management system
- Possession of a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
- Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skill and able to work independently
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
