Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To procure, manage and monitor consultants engaged in the planning and implementation of assigned projects / studies
- To carry out in-depth design studies / assessments and provide design inputs for assigned projects, upcoming development projects and activities
- To assist in preparing and following up on necessary submission works in relation to design and implementation aspects of assigned projects / studies with Government and other stakeholders
- To maintain close working relationship with internal parties and external parties such as District Advisory Committee, District Council, professional bodies, academic institutions and NGOs
- To assist in coordinating the implementation of assigned projects / studies and delivering proposals and reports for Taskforce involving other internal divisions
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Architecture or related discipline
- Recognised professional qualifications eg. HKIA, RIBA, etc. or equivalent
- At least 8 years’ post-degree work experience. Past job experience on handling major Government and/or one-site multiple use institutional projects will be favourably considered
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D), Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office PowerPoint presentation and other graphic software is essential
- Experience in using more advanced 3D computer visualization tools including Revit/ Rhino/ Enscape will be beneficial
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
