Responsibilities

• Expand new customer base and business opportunities of architects, interior designers, property developers, contractors or etc. sector.
• To manage customers' sales enquires and preparation of quotations and submit tender.
• Establish & maintain an interactive and long-term trustworthy work relationship with new and existing customers.
• Assisting with project partner coordination of projects, end to end ensuring that a project meet customer needs which is on time, to specification and to best in class quality standards.
• Positive and persistent to achieve monthly sales targets, able to complete designated tasks independently.

• Diploma / Degree holder in sales and marketing or other related disciplines
• 2-3 years experiences in building materials or interior design of Tile, Stone / Acrylic Solid / Quartz Surface, Parquet, Slab or Sanitary Apparatus or others is advantage.
• Proficiency in reading floor plans, specifications, and a working knowledge of building / renovation projection are favorable.
• Knowledge and experience in tendering quotation and submission.
• Well-established connection with architects / interior designers is a plus.
• Pleasant, outgoing, aggressive, and independent with good coordination and communication skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility and positive thinking.
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is advantage.
• More experience will be considered as Business Development Manager.
