• Fluent in English; Written and Spoken Mandarin skills
• Degree in façade/civil/mechanical/structural engineering or related; Or, degree in architecture, building engineering or related; Or, degree in material science;
  
• Interest in façade/structural/mechanical engineering industry
• Good understanding of facade systems, building phisics, material and construction method;
• Good communication and documentation skill to deliver work result;
• Persuasive and trustful communication and presentation skill to discuss with other disciplines;
• Good culture of mechanics and fabrication methods (ex: consumer products, furniture, etc);
• Proficiency in report/presentation software; InDesign/MS word;
• Proficiency in calculation software; MS Excel, VS-A tools, Solid works, Karamba, Visual basic, Python.
• Proficiency in calculation software; Grasshoper, ladybug, diva, Therm
• Ability to use 2D design software: AutoCAD
• Ability to use 3D modeling software; Rhino, Sketch Up, Revit
• Clear logic, methodical and design thinking;
• Strong learning capacity, good at digging and researching new materials and new construction modes;
• Active in communication internally and externally
