Job Description
Job Highlights:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare BIM deliverables.
- Attend site meetings with the Client Representatives.
- Establish processes for BIM content approval, management and creation.
- Establish documented procedures and workflows.
- Provide project template setup according to BIM standards.
- Establish processes to ensure modeling activities is up to the standards.
- Establish processes to ensure interoperability between modeling products and BIM Applications.
- Establish communication between BIM team and design / engineering teams.
- Justify model break-up based on design/engineering/construction team’s needs.
- Establish training material, conducting BIM and software training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Civil, structural Engineering or related discipline.
- 5 years or above relevant experience in Civil / Structure or contractor works.
- Aggressive, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Familiar with Civil3D or Revit BIM application.
- Knowledge of using Civil3D and with infrastructure project experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- New technology awareness.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as BIM Coordinator.
