• Higher Diploma / Degree in construction field
• Min. 2 years of QS experience in large-scale façade construction capable of work independently in tendering, variation claim and negotiation
• Able to work independently, self motivated and good coordination
• Good command of using MS Excel, MS word, MS project, etc
• Holder of Valid Safety card (Green Card)
• Less experience will be considered to post of Asst Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Preparation of interim payment, quotation in respect of valuation of variation and final account settlement with client
• Administration work related to clients and sub-contracts, for instance preparation of contracts and letters
• Main Contract and Sub-contract budgeting, cost estimate, procurement, final account, VO valuation, measurement & other QS practices;
• Preparation of Tender Issue
