Job Description
- Form 5 graduate with Grade E or above in Chinese & English (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education (HKCEE) or equivalent;
- Holder of certificate in surveying/building/architecture/civil/structural/building services engineering from a Polytechnic/Technical Institute or equivalent. Candidate with relevant working experience in customer services is preferable;
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese;
- Knowledge of Putonghua and other dialects such as Hakka or Fukin is preferable; and
- Hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
