Job Description:

•  provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to Project Team
• design reports, feasibility studies, prepare quotation, presentation material and other deliverables
• control and monitor material & drawing submission
• maintain electronic & hard copy filling system for each project
• perform material sourcing and price negotiation
• prepare purchase orders and shipment arrangements
• perform project follow up
• responsible for co-ordination work with client/ consultants/ sub-contractors and related parties
• ad hoc task may be assigned

 Requirements:

•  higher Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• 2 years of solid experience in administrative duties or project handling
• familiar with CCTV or ELV system is an advantage
• hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• excellent communication skills (in both English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills
• be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner
• be organized, self-motivated, detail-conscious and independent
