Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Contractual and Procurement Department, work in the subletting and contractual procurement team.
• Provide pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying services for Sub-Contractor.
• Manage, review and enhance subletting administration process.
• Verify and certify work done and payment application from Sub-Contractors and settle Final Accounts after completion of Sub-Contract Work.
• Perform cost estimation, evaluation, assessment and settlement of variations & claims.
• Assist Project Team to handle all Contractual related issues with Sub-Contractor.
• Analysis andevaluate performance of Sub-Contractor.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 3 years of  work experience in subletting works.
• Familiar with the set up and formation of subletting administration and follow up action.
• Experience in metal & steel works preferred.
• Well organized, self-initiated and with good communication skills.
• Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediately available an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
