Job Description
The Project Coordinator will act as the key person for the overall project coordination and report to Project Manager directly.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal point of the project management team in coordinating with client / consultants / supplies / sub-contractors / utilities / government departments;
- Drawings and Document control;
- Handle materials submission / approval / delivery;
- Verify buildability of design information;
- Progress reporting;
- Assist PM in site logistic planning, programming of works, progress control, quality assurance and other project administration.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Studies / Surveying /Civil/Structural Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3-6 years’ experience in the field, experience with Building and Structural work is a must
- Strong planning & organization skills, excellent communication skills
- Proficient in of using AutoCad & Microsoft Project is needed
- Experienced and tactful candidates will be considered for Senior Project Coordinator
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
