Major Responsibilities

• Diagnose and evaluate potential project risks and technical issues
• Monitor and evaluate vendors’ quality and performance
• Support the negotiations with suppliers, distributors and vendors on pricing, terms & conditions
• New business data analysis
• Maintain facilities information and review the occupancy
• Maintain security system
• Assist on Project Manager for internal project and new business 
• Assist on layout design and CAD drawing
• Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned

Basic Requirements

• Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Min. 3 years relevant experiences
• Good team player with strong organizational and communication skill.
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
