• IVE / High Diploma / Certificate / High Certificate / Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate also be considered
• Good command of both written English and Cantonese.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities : 

• Management of MVAC related works of government or private projects.
• Coordinate and plan the projects time, cost and performance targets.
• Track project progress and financial analysis of project.
• Undertaking other areas of project management do may be required.
• Visit site regularly to oversee & manage works on site in conjunction with the consultants and contractors.
