• Assist to manage the architectural design, provide site progress meetings and monitor site works of contractors
• Responsible for project development from concept, design, statutory approval, construction, fitting out to completion
• Participate in on-site checking and measurement
• Keep design progress on track and make regular reporting on design status
• Solve all problems and issues during construction 

• M.Arch Degree holder from renowned universities;
• HKIA member for Architect position;
• Knowledge of BIM an advantage;
• Relevant experience in local projects preferred;
• High achieving, reliable and results driven;
• Resourceful, analytical, organized with an eye for detail;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• Good command in English and Chinese;
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other graphic presentation software
