Job Description
Your Next Challenge
- Prepare relevant concept scheme, detailed design, technical specifications/reports and standards
- Formulate innovative and cost effective solutions to meet clients' needs, whilst maintaining sound financial control
- Provide specialist advice and analysis and involve at all stages of the project cycle from initial planning through design and construction to commissioning and testing
- Ensure effective and efficient management of projects, including overall project planning, technical and budgetary control and monitoring implementation
- Provide technical leadership, including coaching technical staff to undertake design works
- Develop client relationships and attending business related functions
What You'll Need
- Degree holder in Building Services or Electrical discipline
- Corporate membership of HKIE or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Proactive, energetic, quality oriented and have a high sense of accountability
- Less experience will be considered for the post of Chartered Engineer
