We are commissioned by our client, a reputable and award-winning construction group, to search for a competent construction manager for its on-going and upcoming ArchSD and Design & Build projects in HK.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Civil/Structural/Building/Architectural disciplines with MHKIE or equivalent professional qualifications  
• At least 20 years’ experience in site supervision and construction management of large-scale and multi-disciplinary building construction projects, including Design & Build and ArchSD, with reputable contractors or project developers
• Must have track record as PIC of ArchSD and Design & Build projects
• Knowledge in modern construction innovation and technology
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
