Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Corporate Head Office, we are seeking for a Project Coordinator to join the Research and Technology Department in UK Office.  This role will report to the Senior Manager, Projects, Research & Technology on planning and executing project workloads as well as ensuring all documentations and reports created and maintained properly.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor project plans and schedules, provide regular project updates
• Maintain ELV/AV project requirement lists
• Track equipment delivery schedules and resource
• Assist on testing & commissioning for new and repaired ELV hardware
• Liaise with different stakeholder via virtual platform and/or on-site
• Conduct site inspections, identify project issues, determine the right team to provide a solution, and/or escalating the issue to the Senior Manager
• Accurately communicate status and attend technical and coordination meetings
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions   

General requirements

• Diploma or above in Technical
• At least 3 years’ experience as project coordinator / management
• Good knowledge in drafting ELV/AV schematic design with AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of LV and ELV installation issues and rectifications
• Knowledge in local and international project experience and management
• Sharp problem-solving and communication skill
• Being an outgoing team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English
