Job Description
CLIENT'S INFORMATION:
Our client is a large-scale architecture design firm. They have a wide range of customers both in Hong Kong and Mainland China. With the expansion of business, they would like to grow their team for commercial/ shopping mall projects. Now, they are looking for outstanding HKIA registered architects to join them.
RESPONSIBILITY:
-Assist to manage the architectural design, provide site progress meetings and monitor site works of contractors
-Responsible for project development from concept, design, statutory approval, construction, fitting out to completion
-Prepare project plans in compliance with local requirements
-Coordinate a team effort to complete a project promptly and successfully
-Participate in on-site checking and measurement
-Keep design progress on track and make regular reporting on design status
-Handle all problems and issues during construction
REQUIREMENT:
-Degree in Architecture or equivalent
-Min. 5 years of experience in commercial/residential/ institutional projects
-HKIA is a must
-Relevant experience in local commercial projects preferred
-Advanced knowledge of software including AutoCAD and SketchUp
-Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese/ English and Chinese
