Responsibilities :

• Oversee project sales, develop and formulate sales & marketing strategies and monitor the operations
• Network development with local authorities, agents and other business contacts
• Keep abreast of latest Mainland property market trends and conduct market research
• Assist in exploring property investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, feasibility studies for Mainland projects and recommending appropriate strategies / investment options

 Requirements :

• Degree holders with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in property development and good knowledge in the property market and business / economic environment of Mainland 
• Capable of comprehending proposals and contractual language and ensuring quality, consistency and proper coordination of work
• Hands-on experience in properties sales/marketing, experience relating to Mainland’s commercial/ residential projects would be an advantage
• Have knowledge in financial modeling would be an added advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Occasional travel to Mainland is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Business Development Officer

We offer 5-day work week, 15 days annual leave per year.
