We are looking for a talent to:

• Manage technical team to provide facilities management services to Property Management / Hotel Hospitality
• Responsible for statutory order handling
• Identify energy saving and sustainability initiative and work through to implementation
• Supervise and monitor A&A / Improvement works
• Ensure FM service are delivered in compliance with the group, tenant and local government requirements.
• Develop annual plan for driving best practice and standardization of technical service.
• Ensure projects are on-time and within budget
• Be a member of COE for sharing relevant experience and good practice.

Basic requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience preferably gained from sizable company
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Ability to handle multi-task activities with tight deadlines
• Motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management
