Responsibilities:

• Manage fitting out & constructing work projects independently
• To manage resource planning, coordination, cost control and site safety management
• Prepare site progress report and government submission
• Tackle problem proactively and foster team spirit
• Handle project co-ordination, schedule progress control, VO, documentation & tendering
• Perform good communication skill in coordinate with the client, consultants and other site parties

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in project management for both Residential or Commercial projects
• Degree / Diploma in Project Management is an advantage
• Good communication skills with internal and external parties
• Good command in both oral and written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Analytical mind with good problem solving capabilities
• Computer knowledge for MS Office, MS Project is necessary
• Hard-working, self motivate and capable work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
