We are currently partnering with multiple top-tier Developers for Clerk of Works/Senior Clerk of Works project in Hong Kong. 

Job Duties:

• Monitoring building works of local property development projects;
• Coordinate and communicate with consultants and contractors for implementation of the construction works;
• Responsible for defect inspections;
• Monitor work progress and ensure the site works comply with the local regulations and quality standards;
• Liaise with contractor and consultant for regular meeting and report 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline;
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in new build construction works, experience in Property Developer would be an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Applicants with less experience will be considered for Clerk of Works
