Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for integrating people, work process and physical assets to deliver quality services to clients
  • Managing and overseeing overall operations of property / facilities management services including handling of customers’ enquiries /complaints, budget preparation, service control and property maintenance etc.
  • Supervise a team of staff and service contractors to oversee day-to-day operation
  • To ensure the operations and services provided in the properties are compliance with relevant ordinances and regulations, Company’s policies and guidelines
  • Develop and implement improvement plans; review services contracts regularly and make improvement proposals
  • Handle emergency incidents, enquiries or complaints from tenants and provide effective solution
  • Able to maintain good relationship with all internal and external customers
  • Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Property / Housing Management / Real Estate / Surveying / Facility Management or equivalent
  • Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RICS (GP), HKIS (GP) / HKIFM / IFMA or RPHM
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience at managerial level and proven track record in managing sizable properties / facilities
  • Mature, self-driven, flexible with strong client management
  • Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Qualifications Framework-recognized qualifications in property management and facility management is preferable
  • Good understanding on the applications of facility management related operations systems and models
  • 5-day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Asset Manager
