About the Client:
My client, a multi-billion dollar multinational corporate, is looking for an to be the main in charge of a data center upgrade project. Reporting directly to the Technical Director (Geo tech), this position will manage a team of projects and engineering professionals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leading and create guidance for the team
• Maintain good relationship with the client and  make sure meeting the business goal with the company.
• Provide technical leadership at a subject level and perform independent technical review for complex and/or major projects
• Evaluate technical competence of staff proposed for projects and identify specific training and mentoring needs
• •ake technical line management responsibility for the development and performance management of team members to support the delivery of  Company’s business
• Lead on the design of innovative engineering solutions for clients that resolve complex problems
• Maintain records of Continuing Professional Development and is able to make these available for audit by their professional institution

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in Civil/ Geotechnical Engineering or similar relevant discipline
• Significant experience in managing large scale projects with more than 15 years experience.
• Holder of PRE(G) or RGE is a must
• Experience in international consultancy company / contractor will be advantage
• Experience of working in a similar matrix reporting organization
• Good English communication and written skill
