Responsibilities:

• To provide sales administration support to Sales Team
• To liaise closely with sales team and handle regular Sales & Administration duties including order processing and logistics arrangement
• To communicate and co-ordinate with internal and external parties
• To handle ad-hoc jobs as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English 
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Well organized and willing to learn
• Able to work independent and strong sense of responsibility 
• Must be self-motivated, hard working & work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
