Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance project planning, site supervision, commissioning, operation and documentation preparation;
• Coordination with clients, direct labour and sub-contractors to follow up the repair and maintenance progress to ensure the completion of service requests;
• Rectify defects and coordinate with subcontractors / suppliers;
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation;
• Attend Site Meeting; 
• Assist in budget control, tendering works and cost analysis;

Job Requirement

• HD or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant experience in MVAC / Electrical maintenance works preferably
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication skills
• More experience will be considered as Senior / E&M Engineer
