SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

X Act Limited is a dynamic interior design firm that specializes in high end residential and commercial projects. We are looking for dedicated and self-driven team player to join our interior design team. If you are looking for an inspiring environment to grow as an interior designer, X Act Limited is the place for you! 

A typical work day at our design studio would be:

• Morning meeting with design director to brain storm design ideas and discuss any outstanding issues for responsible projects.
• Translate design directions into construction and detail drawings.
• Liaise with contractors and material suppliers on all cost quotations and keep track of project’s total budget.
• Attend meetings with client to go through design concepts, cost budgets, and keep meeting minutes.
• Visit project sites and make sure that the designs are correctly executed.

Our requirement:

• 5-10 years of experience in relevant position is a must. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Interior Designer.
• Project management skills and on site coordination experience is a must.
• Must have thorough working knowledge of Autocad and Photoshop.
• 3D rendering skills is a plus but not required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Must be dedicated, highly organized and a team player.
