Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Obtain quotations from Suppliers & Sub-Contractors
- Request information from consultants for tender preparation
- Study tender documents including tender specification and drawings
- Prepare tender analysis, tender submission & subletting works
- Prepare reply to tender queries
- General and Technical assistance to Tendering and Subletting Department
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Surveying or Building Studies
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Tendering or Subletting
- Familiar with MS Excel and typing in Chinese and English
- Proficient in Chinese & English
- Hard working, able to work independently and overtime
