Job Responsibilities:

1.  3D Scanning and Modeling of Ear impressions
2.  3D Production (Modeling & Printing) of Custom Earmoulds (Hard & Soft)
3.  3D Production (Modeling & Printing) of Custom ITE Hearing aid shells; Cshells & SlimTips
4.  3D Production (Modeling & Printing) of Custom Earmoulds & Hearing Protection Earplugs
5.  Mixing and pouring earmould & ITE shell materials (acrylics and silicone)
6.  Shaping ; polishing and drilling of earmoulds and ITE shells
7.  Soldering and assembling of ITE hearing aid faceplates
8.  Performing quality control on the earmoulds and ITE shells
9.  Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work place

Requirements:

•  Certificate/Diploma of foundation studies – dental or design technology
•  HKDSE or above with an emphasis in science and technology
•  Pleasant, courteous & hardworking character
•  Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentations skill
•  Independent, self motivated and able to work under pressure
•  Previous experience in a dental or earmould laboratory is a definite advantage
•  Good communication and people skills
•  Good commands in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
