Duties:

• To perform daily accounting function in accounts receivable and payable;
• To ascertain daily collection reports and summaries;
• To process refund applications;
• To handle incoming invoices and issue cheques;
• To monitor payable accounts;
• To issue debit notes and receipts;
• To conduct bank reconciliation;
• To maintain filing system and provide other clerical support to the team.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting & LCCI Higher Accounting;
• Student member of accounting professional bodies preferable;
• 5 years’ relevant working experience; with experience in handling full set of bookkeeping is preferable;
• Familiar with FLEX Account, Chinese Word Processing(倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (MS Word and Excel);
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Self-motivated, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility; 
• Candidates with more experience and higher academic level will be considered as Accounting Officer.
