RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare consolidation, management reports and financial analysis with quality and on a timely manner

Prepare interim and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Liaise with auditors, tax authority, banks and other professional parties.

Manage the preparation of annual budget, budget revision and forecast, and to analyze financial performance against budget

Perform other daily operation duties as assigned by the Management

Ad-hoc projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent

Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in Auditing / Accounting, of which 3 years experience gained in Big 4 / sizable listed companies, preferably gained from a manufacturing environment

Familiar with listing rules and compliance regulations

Solid exposure to HK GAAP and PRC accounting and taxation matters

Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

Experienced user of MS Excel, power point and ERP system, preferably SAP

Strong leadership, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Detail-oriented, analytical thinking, proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills
